Today’s guest is Cara Little. Cara is a registered Pharmacist and has been in the health and wellness industry for over 10 years. She developed the lifestyle brand Pure Home Body – a pharmacist formulated, plant based and healthier line of home and body care for the whole family.
In between wrangling her two children, Cara remains focused on cutting through the ‘BS’ in the health and wellness industry, delivering a key message that health starts in the home, should be guilt free, fun, achievable and suited to your family’s need. Her vision is to inspire and educate families to make better choices about products used in their home, and where possible to steer towards a more natural approach.
