I’m sitting down with Robyn Miller! She’s an Australian medical doctor, a wife, a mother and a mental load expert. She’s also the founder of the Mental Load Project, where she helps men and women to recognise and re-balance all the invisible labels that are involved in running a household or a family.
Robyn is sharing the the 3 D’s to help reduce mental load and create space for mental well-being. This episode is full of intentional conversations that are going to help increase your awareness when it comes to your own mental load.
We’re also going to talk about the difference that we have when it comes to expectations of each gender and gender equality in parenting. Systemic difference, societal conditioning, cultural beliefs, the norms… and how all of these affect the mental load that we carry in our parenting journey.
