Today, I’m pretty excited cos I’m joined by one of the members of my Social Method Society. I’ve invited her into the podcast cos what she does is not only incredibly unique, but it is very much needed for all mums out there. In this episode, we’re going to focus on the mental load as experienced by mums in business.

So if you’ve ever felt…

…then this episode is definitely for you.

LISTEN NOW!

I’m sitting down with Robyn Miller! She’s an Australian medical doctor, a wife, a mother and a mental load expert. She’s also the founder of the Mental Load Project, where she helps men and women to recognise and re-balance all the invisible labels that are involved in running a household or a family.

Robyn is sharing the the 3 D’s to help reduce mental load and create space for mental well-being. This episode is full of intentional conversations that are going to help increase your awareness when it comes to your own mental load.

Check out this related episode where I talked about how to Get Out Of Your Comfort Zone And Nail Your Vision with Sash Hudson (Beau Deacon) here>>>>

We’re also going to talk about the difference that we have when it comes to expectations of each gender and gender equality in parenting. Systemic difference, societal conditioning, cultural beliefs, the norms… and how all of these affect the mental load that we carry in our parenting journey.

If you have a pen handy, make sure to grab it…. cos my love, you would want to take some notes. Then tag me on Instagram @mumswithhustle and share your biggest take-away from this episode!
