This week, I’m joined by the incredible Marcia Leone from Not So Mumsy and CEO of the Not So Mumsy, The Label. She’s an author, a mother and a wife. Marcia is also an influencer, a content creator, and a personal brand. She’s here to share her experience of juggling motherhood and building a business.

In this episode, Marcia will dive on how it all began for her on Instagram and how marketing has changed on Instagram over the years. She also shares her own experience about motherhood, mum guilt, self-doubt and comparison syndrome. More importantly, how she’s been able to move through that. She shares these insights with a hope to inspire more mums in business to pursue their own business dreams and to never give up!

We can definitely get caught up comparing our journey, expertise or product to the next lady out there. But it’s honestly not serving us and it doesn’t lead to growth or anything good. The more transparent we are in leading our business, the more helpful we are to the next lady who’s also doing her business.

Motherhood, Business and Abundance Mindset

Ladies, let’s have an abundance mindset and let’s fully believe in ourselves and our abilities. Don’t let the success of others mean that there is less success to go around for you. When you tap into that abundance mindset, we can see greater opportunities open up for us. Remember, collaboration over competition. We can all grow so much more when we grow together rather than when we go at it alone.
