Meet Tess Thompson, one of my Inner Circle Mastermind mentees, who is finishing her first year inside the Mastermind at a completely different level than she started. Tess is the founder of an online Pilates membership designed especially for women over 50 who want to move with ease again. And this year inside the Mastermind, her business has absolutely blossomed.
