It's me, Tracy.
Former teacher. Mum of two boys. Founder of a business I built from scratch, around the life I actually wanted to live. This is how I got here.
Where it started.
I was a teacher first.
I loved it. Until I didn't.
A workplace that turned toxic. A version of me that slowly disappeared. I lost myself in it, and then I lost more than that. Clinical depression. Anxiety. The kind of season where you don't recognise the person in the mirror.
I left.
And leaving felt like an ending.
By the grace of God, I chose to see that season not as the end of my story, but as a fresh start.
So I started something small.
A community for mums who wanted to build something of their own. I called it Mums With Hustle. I taught what I knew. I showed up honestly. I built it around my family instead of squeezing my family into what was left.
That small thing became a multi seven figure business.
Built on my real expertise. Not the hustle culture I thought I was supposed to buy into. A four day week. A month off each year. A life lived between Australia and Bali, with my husband Karl running the operations and our two boys never far from the centre of it.
Along the way the brand grew up with me. Mums With Hustle became Tracy Harris Co. The work sharpened into something I could teach: a Freedom Filled® business, built on freedom AND revenue, not one at the expense of the other.
That's the work I do now.
I help coaches, practitioners, creatives and experts build businesses that give them their life back. Peace, profit, presence. Not someday. By design.
And it all still runs on the same foundation I rebuilt myself on.
